Refund and Returns Policy
Delivery:
All in stock items will be dispatched normally within the allocated lead time. We use a courier service for all our deliveries. This ensures your order is delivered to you in perfect condition.
We deliver orders to any desired address with the Republic of Ireland the UK
We deliver from Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
The cost of shipping is €600 per order of safe lift products. Free delivery will apply on all orders over €75 that are delivered by courier with the exception of Bulky Items.
The expected delivery time will depend on the stock levels. We will always ship out orders as soon as is practicable. We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met but cannot be held responsible for dispatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.
Specialised item: Can vary from 10 weeks.
Bulky Items: If you order a large item like a SafeLift product that will need to be delivered a delivery charge which is included in check out, You will be informed of any additional costs at the time of ordering.
Where there are unexpected delays, you will be contacted by a member of our customer service and will be advised of this situation.
It is our policy to operate a fair and transparent ordering process.
Returns:
You may return your order or part of your order within 30 days of receipt of the product without reason or explanation. You may request to return products by going to the “View Order History” section of your account within 14 days from the date you receive the order.
- It is at your expense to return the order or part of the order.
- These unconditional returns policy applies only to goods unused and in their original packaging.
AccessCO Group will only accept returns which comply with the instructions outlined here.
Refunds:
When the goods have been received back, we will refund your credit/debit card charge.
Exchange:
In the unlikely event that you should receive an incorrect delivery or a faulty medical product or solution, AccessCO Group undertakes to arrange to collect and exchange the product as quickly as possible and at no additional cost. A delivery of this nature must be reported to AccessCO Group within 48 hours from the date you receive the order. The company will then issue you with an official Return Authorisation Reference and arrange to have the product collected and replaced at no additional cost.
AccessCO Group will only accept exchanges that comply with the instructions outlined here.
Cancellation:
We will process your order on the day of receipt or the next available working day. For this reason, there is no issue cancelling your order if you get in touch with us directly.
